“Hello Ron, This is Jeff from Japan. I have to tell you; the harness you sent me is absolutely amazing! I spent an entire day shooting with the harness and then went back out the following day using only my tripod. The difference between the two setups is truly night and day. There are certainly some situations where, at my current experience level, a tripod is still the better choice. But honestly, about 95% of the time, the harness is far superior to anything a tripod can offer. It allows me to get into places and position myself in ways that simply aren’t practical with a tripod, giving me much better access to the birds I’m trying to photograph. The harness has opened the door to entirely new possibilities. Some of those shots could technically be achieved with a tripod, but only with a great deal of planning, setup time, and effort. With the harness, I can simply throw it on, cinch it down, attach my camera, and head out. I don’t have to worry about carrying a tripod into the water or constantly repositioning it. I can put on my waders, grab my camera, and head straight out on my mission. Because of that experience, I’d really like to purchase the backpack harness you’ve designed.”
