Shipping policy

Attention International Customers:

You may be required to pay taxes, duty, VAT, or similar fees upon receiving your shipment, so please consider this before placing your order. Buyer is responsible for customs, duties and fees as they are not figured into the price of the product or the shipping costs.  Due to the need to insure our shipments, all international shipments will carry a declaration of their FULL VALUE. We will NOT undervalue shipments to reduce or avoid these taxes, so please don't ask.

We are not responsible for any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult your local government import office. We do not know what the fees or customs/duties will be for shipments.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to an inaccurate or incorrect address by the purchaser or because it was declined or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address by the purchaser, we will charge the original payment method for any costs we incur. This also pertains to any address changes or updates by the purchaser after shipping as well as any items returned for non-payment of duties and customs. 

A few International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs-due to the size and weight of an item, which will be added to the amount of your order when charged to your credit card. Shipping costs are figured before checking out and are pretty accurate with only a few exceptions. All prices listed on this website are in US dollars.
